The JEM-PHDC114 is a Double Up Notch Combination Tool and is designed for 1-1/4" (32mm) Steel Strapping at thicknesses of .024"(.61mm) to .035"(.90mm). The maximum tension is 2000 lbs at 90 PSI.

The JEM-PHDC114 is a great tool for hot coil applications as it is designed to lock onto the strapping. Once the motor is engaged, it walks up the strapping to tension. Operator then presses a single button to seal and cut.
Special Order for 1-1/4" (32mm) x .044" (1.12mm) HT also available.
This tool uses 803 Seals and weighs around 40 lbs (18kg). This tool can be combined with our JEM-TB6 tool balancer for easier use and to help protect your tool.
